To make these egg rolls, take five boiled potatoes, cool ’em down, then get ready to mash ’em up real good. You can add some seasoning too, like garlic powder or Italian herbs, to give ’em that extra flavor. Once you got ’em mashed up, you wrap ’em up in a egg roll wrapper and throw ’em in the air fryer for 8 minutes per side.

Boil potatoes until soft
Add parmesan cheese, grated cheddar cheese and buffalo sauce
Put a scoop in each egg roll wrap and fold them up and pinch the ends
Once folded rub Crisco Vegetable Oil on the egg roll
Put the egg rolls in the air fryer at 390 for 8 minutes per side
