It wasn’t that long ago when million dollar listings in Greater Sudbury were unheard of. Greater Sudbury which is predominantly a blue collar city also has a little bit of wealth hidden in the hills.

This might actually surprise you because if you drive through the downtown core of the city you will see lots of pan handling and “undesirables”, but what city doesn’t have that?
