These Are The Most Expensive Cities In Canada To Rent An Apartment & Sudbury Isn’t One Of Them

Sudbury has had a crazy, booming real estate market lately. Part of that reason has been because of the affordability of the properties available. However, if you live in Greater Sudbury you might not think they are so cheap.

The same goes for rental properties. The rental market in Greater Sudbury has become red hot. People who live in Sudbury even try and compare the rental rates to that of Canada’s largest cities.

The truth of the matter is that if you are looking to rent the Taj Mahal you may not find it. You may also find that if you want something nice, you are going to pay.

How does that compare to other cities though? Apparently it’s still cheap. According to rental company Pad Mapper, Greater Sudbury isn’t even in the top 10 of expensive apartment rentals in Canada.
