It appears this year they will have a Region of Italy food fair Friday and Saturday. Some of those menu items include Polenta & tocio, Trippa & potatoes, Musettowith lenticchie & polenta, Roast beef pastichiata with roasted potatoes and swiss char. On Saturday the Caruso Club will offer Sandwich Saturday which will include porchetta sandwiches, veal sandwiches, meatball sandwiches, sausage on a bun and paperonata.
The Italian Festival this year will end off Sudbury with Pasta Sunday. This will include homemade fettucini and chicken. You will be able to purchase a family of 4 meal or personal.
